Pineapple Mango Salsa

Here’s a fresh and zesty Pineapple Mango Salsa recipe—perfect as a dip with chips or as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or tacos!


🌴 Pineapple Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced

  • ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste


Instructions:

  1. Chop and mix: In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.

  2. Add flavor: Stir in the chopped cilantro and freshly squeezed lime juice.

  3. Season: Add salt to taste and mix well.

  4. Chill (optional): Let sit for 10–15 minutes in the fridge to let flavors meld.

  5. Serve: Enjoy with tortilla chips, grilled meats, fish tacos, or even spooned over rice!
