“Zero Carb Yogurt Bread

Here’s a simple Zero Carb Yogurt Bread recipe that’s low in carbs, high in protein, and perfect for keto or low-carb lifestyles:


Zero Carb Yogurt Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (full-fat)

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup almond flour (very low carb, about 2g net carbs per ¼ cup)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for extra rise)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.

  3. Add the melted butter (or coconut oil), baking powder, salt, and apple cider vinegar (if using). Mix well.

  4. Stir in the almond flour until fully combined and the batter is smooth.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
