🌮 Crispy Nacho Egg Rolls
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

½ cup water

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup nacho cheese sauce (optional for extra gooeyness)

1/3 cup canned black beans, rinsed

1/3 cup diced tomatoes (or drained Rotel)

¼ cup chopped green onions
-
¼ cup pickled jalapeños (optional)

12 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
For serving:

Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or more nacho cheese

Cook the Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. -
Mix it Up:
Remove from heat. Stir in shredded cheese, nacho cheese (if using), black beans, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños. -
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
