Cool Whip & Pudding Frosting

Here’s a super easy and delicious Cool Whip & Pudding Frosting recipe that’s light, fluffy, and perfect for cakes, cupcakes, or even as a dip!


Cool Whip & Pudding Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (any flavor – vanilla, chocolate, cheesecake, etc.)

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar (for extra sweetness or thickness)


Instructions:

  1. Mix Pudding
    In a medium bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix with the cold milk until it starts to thicken (about 2 minutes).

  2. Fold in Cool Whip
    Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and smooth. Don’t overmix.

  3. Optional Sweetening
    Taste it—if you’d like it sweeter or thicker, add powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time.

  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes before using. It will thicken slightly as it chills.
