Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake & Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Here are two irresistible, Southern-inspired cheesecake recipes: Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake and Banana Pudding Cheesecake. Both are no-fail crowd-pleasers with rich, creamy textures and nostalgic flavors!


🍓 Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

Crust:

  • 2 cups Golden Oreos (crushed)

  • 5 tbsp melted butter

Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 1 cup Golden Oreos (crushed)

  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin powder (Jell-O)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line bottom of a springform pan with parchment.

  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into pan. Bake for 10 mins.

  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, and gelatin powder.

  4. Pour into crust and bake in a water bath for 55–65 minutes. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.

  5. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over cheesecake before serving.


🍌 Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups Nilla wafers (crushed)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana cream pudding mix

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas

Whipped Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • Nilla wafers and banana slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, mashed banana, and pudding mix.

  3. Pour into crust. Bake in a water bath for 55–65 minutes. Chill overnight.

  4. Whip cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread on top and garnish with wafers and banana slices.
