Here’s a rich and creamy Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake recipe — perfect for seafood lovers craving comfort food:

Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 6 oz lump crab meat (real or imitation)

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika + cayenne mix)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for crunchy top)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×9″ or similar baking dish.

  2. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  4. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper. Sauté 2–3 minutes until just pink. Remove and set aside.

  5. Sprinkle in flour, whisking constantly to form a roux. Slowly add the heavy cream, whisking until smooth and thickened (about 3–4 mins).

  6. Stir in Parmesan, Old Bay, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until creamy.

  7. Gently fold in cooked pasta, shrimp, and crab meat.

  8. Transfer to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella and breadcrumbs (if using).

  9. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

  10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
