Ingredients:
For the fritters:

Instructions:

Heat oil:
In a deep skillet or pot, heat 2–3 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C). -
Make batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
