Ingredients:
For the Shells & Filling:

20 jumbo pasta shells

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

1/2 pound crab meat (lump or imitation)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour
-
2 cups half-and-half (or heavy cream for richness)

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Cook the Shells:

Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
