Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chocolate Sponge:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for about 5–6 minutes, until thick and pale.

Add vanilla extract.
