Ingredients
For the Steak & Shrimp:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1″ thick)

8–12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp butter (divided)
For the Sauce:

4–5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried thyme
-
Salt & pepper, to taste

1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Prep the Steak:

Pat steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter.

Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), or until desired doneness. Transfer to a plate and tent with foil to rest.

Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add another ½ tbsp butter. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium. Add the remaining ½ tbsp butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
