Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter — perfect for a special dinner or holiday meal.

🦞 Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

⭐ Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each)

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Prepare Lobster Tails:

    • Use kitchen scissors to cut down the top of each lobster shell, from the wide end to the tail, without cutting the tail fin.

    • Gently lift the lobster meat out of the shell and rest it on top (leave it attached at the base).

    • Place prepared tails on the baking sheet.

  3. Make Garlic Butter:

    • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush and Bake:

    • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.

  5. Broil for Finish (Optional):

    • For a golden top, broil the tails on high for an additional 1–2 minutes, watching carefully.

  6. Serve:

    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter on the side.
