Here’s a simple and delicious Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp recipe that’s perfect as an appetizer or light dinner:


Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the shrimp: In a large bowl, combine shrimp, melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.

  5. Broil (optional) for 1–2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
