🍰 Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Nilla wafers)

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Cheesecake Layer:
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Fruit & Layers:
  • 3 bananas, sliced

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained

  • 1½ cups sliced strawberries

  • 1½ cups chopped fresh or maraschino cherries (optional)

Toppings:
  • 1½ cups whipped topping (for topping)

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

  • Chocolate syrup or hot fudge

  • Maraschino cherries (whole, for garnish)

  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (if using) in a bowl.

    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    • Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

  2. Make the cheesecake filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until combined.

    • Fold in whipped topping gently until smooth and fluffy.

    • Spread this layer evenly over the crust.

  3. Layer the fruit:

    • Add sliced bananas in an even layer over the cheesecake.

    • Top with well-drained crushed pineapple.

    • Then add a layer of sliced strawberries and optional chopped cherries.

  4. Top it off:

    • Spread additional whipped topping over the fruit layers.

    • Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

    • Drizzle with chocolate syrup or fudge.

    • Garnish with maraschino cherries and sprinkles if desired.

  5. Chill:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.

💡 Tips:

  • To prevent banana browning, toss slices in a little lemon juice before layering.

  • Use fresh fruit when possible for best flavor and texture.

  • For an extra indulgent twist, add mini chocolate chips or a layer of crushed Oreos!
