Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

A pineapple and banana smoothie sounds delicious! Here’s a simple recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or milk (adjust to your desired consistency)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
  • A drizzle of honey or sweetener (optional, if you want extra sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Add the ingredients: Place the banana, pineapple chunks, yogurt, coconut water (or milk), and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener or coconut water if needed.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
