To make a Crème Brûlée Cheesecake, you’ll need the following ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuit crumbs)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour (optional, helps to stabilize)

For the Crème Brûlée Topping:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or the seeds from 1 vanilla bean)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for caramelizing)

For the Caramelized Sugar Top:

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for the brûlée topping)

These ingredients combine to create a rich cheesecake with a smooth, vanilla-flavored base, finished with the signature crisp, caramelized sugar top of crème brûlée.
