Here’s a simple and delicious 5-Minute Fudge recipe — perfect for when you need a quick treat!


5-Minute Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work great)


Instructions:

  1. Prep a pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease.

  2. Microwave the mixture:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine:

      • 3 cups chocolate chips

      • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

      • 1/4 cup butter

    • Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir.

    • Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth (usually takes about 2–3 minutes total).

  3. Add vanilla & nuts:

    • Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    • If using, fold in 1 cup chopped nuts.

  4. Pour & set:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

    • Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting (about 1–2 hours).

  5. Cut & serve:

    • Once firm, lift out of the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
