5 Minute White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge that you can make in just 5 minutes:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Quickly stir in the chopped pecans, reserving a handful for topping, and caramel sauce until evenly combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chopped pecans on top of the fudge, gently pressing them down into the mixture.
  7. Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang and transfer it to a cutting board.
  9. Cut the fudge into squares using a sharp knife.
