3-Ingredient Low-Carb Chicken Patties

Here’s a simple recipe for 3-ingredient low-carb chicken patties:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Place the chicken patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  6. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and serve hot.

These low-carb chicken patties are versatile and can be served on their own as a main dish, or you can use them in sandwiches, wraps, salads, or alongside your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
